Shipping policy

Orders are shipped from Austria using regular envelope mail.

I currently ship to countries across Europe, including both EU and non-EU destinations. At checkout, you may be able to choose between tracked and untracked shipping, depending on your location. If you choose untracked shipping, please understand that I cannot guarantee tracking updates or assume responsibility for postal loss once the order has been sent.

Delivery times may vary based on destination, postal service conditions, and local customs processing. For orders shipped outside the EU, customs fees, import taxes, or other local charges may apply. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs or for any additional import charges.
