Where are you shipping from?
All items will be shipped from Austria.

Can I combine a new order with a previous order?
Yes! Please inform me via email if you wish to do so and I will refund the excess shipping. But please do take note of the shipping timeline if your combined order includes pre-order items.

Can I change my shipping details?
Yes, but please inform me via email as soon as possible!! I cannot make changes once the package has been shipped.

Do you cover customs/VAT fees?
No, sorry! Any purchase does not include potential fees incurred after shipment. Please be prepared to pay for it on your own.
